Additional stories will be added to the existing office building, increasing the space available from approx. 2000 m2 at present to 5800 m2. Construction will begin in June 2016 and is scheduled to be completed by September 2017.
Greiner Bio-One needs additional space owing to continuous growth. Currently its employees are spread out over several different buildings in Kremsmünster and Rainbach im Mühlkreis. “The various departments will be located closer to one another, allowing for even closer collaboration,” notes Perneker. The new office building will provide a state-of-the-art workspace for the company’s employees, who currently number 118 and work in a wide range of fields. The building is designed to accommodate up to 185 employees through optimized use of the space.
