NJBIA Certifies HORIBA NJ Office as a Certified Site for Infectious Disease Prevention
Piscataway, NJ – January 4th, 2021 HORIBA Scientific, global leader in measurement and analysis solutions for research and industry, is proud to announce that the Piscataway, New Jersey office has completed the requirements of the NJBIA program to achieve the Healthy Business Certification.
This certification assures our associates, partners, customers and visitors that we have been trained by a CDC-sanctioned representative from OSHA on the safest procedures with which to operate our business.
In order to gain this certification, we had to develop an extensive Pandemic Prevention Plan that met all of OSHA’s standards and requirements. We have available, and have distributed to all associates, the ‘Safe At Work’ manual.
“The program is voluntary, however HORIBA management felt it was important to pursue,” said Dr. Sal Atzeni, Executive Vice President of HORIBA Scientific. “We want to ensure anyone who is in our building that we are wholly committed to their safety at work.”
