Today AddLife signed an agreement for the acquisition of all shares in the Danish companies Lab-Vent Controls A/S and Koldt & Ryø El A/S. The companies are leaders on the Danish market in ventilation solutions for laboratories and cleanrooms. The acquisitions are complement to AddLife’s operations in the Danish market within the Labtech business area.
The companies have successfully established themselves as leading providers in the Danish market in specialised ventilation solutions for laboratories and cleanrooms where high demands are placed on air flow control and monitoring. The companies provide solutions based on innovative proprietary products and technical know-how and service. The companies are complement to AddLife´s operations in the company Holm & Halby, currently a leading laboratory equipment provider specialist in cleanrooms on the Danish market.
The companies typical end customers include the pharmaceutical industry and academic research institutions.
– The acquisitions means that we more clearly establish AddLife as a complete supplier of advanced solutions in cleanroom technology in the Danish market, says Peter Simonsbacka, Business Area Manager Labtech, AddLife AB
The company currently has 20 employees and sales of DKK 36 million, on the Danish market.
The deal will close on 15 August 2019. The acquisitions are expected to have a marginally favourable impact on AddLife’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
